Designed to support the evolving needs of the construction and agricultural industries, Ziegler Companies’ Postville, IA facility is delivering greater efficiency, expanded service capabilities, and an enhanced workplace experience for employees. Several months after opening, the facility continues to demonstrate the value of investing in spaces that support both operational performance and long-term growth.

Construction continues to move forward on the new Brooklyn Park Fire Station No. 2, and each week brings visible progress to this important public safety facility. Designed to support emergency response, firefighter training, and community service, the new station is steadily transitioning from site work and structural improvements to the building systems and exterior finishes that will define the completed facility.

CNH Architects joined members of the Burnsville City Council and Kraus-Anderson for a construction progress tour of the new Burnsville Police City Hall. With each visit, the building continues to take shape, and this latest tour revealed just how far the project has come.

CNH Architects recently co-hosted, alongside the City of Chaska and RJM Construction, a tour of Chaska’s Public Safety Facility for regional fire, police, and city administration leaders, offering a firsthand look at how design decisions translate into real-world impact. We extend our sincere thanks to the fire, police, and city leaders who joined us for the recent tour and helped make it such a meaningful exchange.

Construction is underway on Lakeville’s new Fire Station No. 2, following a groundbreaking ceremony held May 18, 2026. The event brought together city leadership and project partners – including Mayor Luke Hellier and Fire Chief Mike Meyer, who spoke about the importance of the project and its impact on the community. Police officers, firefighters, CNH Architects, and RJM Construction were all in attendance to celebrate the start of construction.
