WILLMAR — Construction is set to begin on the new 52,000-square-foot Ziegler CAT dealership in Willmar. The facility will be built at the 4600 block of Highway 71 South on land that was recently annexed into the city.
The larger space will provide CAT the square footage to expand its equipment sales, rental and repair services.
According to a news release, the two-story facility to be constructed by Kraus-Anderson Construction Company will include a retail showroom, a 25,000-square-foot shop, warehouse, offices and a 7,800-square-foot cold storage building.
The facility, which was designed by CNH Architects, will also have two bridge cranes, lube systems and a wash/steam bay.
