Jardín Spanish Immersion Academy – St. Paul

Jardín Spanish Immersion Academy was founded to be a welcoming space where little ones grow into healthy, happy, bilingual kids. Together, CNH and Jardín developed a learning environment that brings this philosophy to life.

As with other Twin City locations, this facility continues the Jardín “look” with a prominent tower entry, bright vibrant interior colors, and abundant use of natural light. One of the challenges faced was the location within a well-developed city neighborhood. An efficient layout was necessary to accommodate both the tight site and the program needs of the school.

The resulting two story building does just that. Inside, a bright reception area welcomes children and their families. With an emphasis on cleanliness and playful colors, there are 2 infant, 2 toddler, 1 transition, and 2 preschool rooms for up to 150 children. A colorful indoor gym provides an environment suitable for large motor development, and nutritious meals are prepared in the commercial kitchen. The facility also houses a laundry room, staff break room, storage and janitorial closets, and the director’s office.

Outside, there is space on the small lot for parking and an outdoor play area. The signature orange tower and dragonfly logo quickly identify the school as a Jardín Spanish Immersion Academy.
