The Ziegler CAT Rebuild Center ribbon cutting ceremony in Bloomington was held on September 7, and was attended by CNH Architects Principal Wayne Hilbert and Designer Al Tsai.
The event was led by William Hoeft, president and CEO of Ziegler CAT.
Company leaders and Bloomington Mayor Gene Winstead shared their impressions. Ziegler CAT representatives thanked the city, community, fire and police departments, and the project team for their hard work and great partnership. All have contributed to the success of the building, the company, and its employees. The company places a high value on its people.
Members of the Bloomington Chamber of Commerce were on hand and building tours were held after the ceremony.
"It was exciting to see that various departments had moved in already and were busy settling in," said Tsai. He was able to talk with project team members about the challenges that they worked through together to make the project a success. "Everyone was proud of the team effort."
The newly remodeled building was formerly used by Anvil International, and now measures nearly 121,000 square-feet in size. It is located at 1201 West 96th Street.
